Bible Reading Plans

Each month Northwood will be providing you with a Bible Reading Plan.  You can download a copy of it here, or it will also be provided in bookmark form in your Northwood News, or at the welcome table.  Use it regularly, and pick one up for a friend.

The Bible readings suggested will coordinate with each Sunday sermon.  You can read ahead to prepare your heart and mind for the sermon, or you can read them after the sermon to gain additional insights and understanding.  Daily, consistent Bible study will help strengthen your Christian walk and add power to your worship and prayer times.

Don’t forget the weekly memory verse either.  Those memory verses will be come powerful weapons in your struggle against temptation and sin.  Psalm 119:11 says, “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

Use whatever study method works best for you, or use the one suggested on the back of the bookmark. Know that whatever method you use, your time in the Word of God will help give you strength, and help you to BELIEVE and BECOME more focused in your walk with Jesus.
