I just had the opportunity to listen to the message on January 8th delivered by Hilton (Known by you guys as Robert Alexander). He is my cousin and I do not have the opportunity to hear him preach. His message was awe insporong and I am so greatful that the church is so blessed to have him and his family. Although, I miss him terribly I know he is following what God has planned for his life. Please continue to lift up him and his family as they are a blessing to our family as well as yours.

Muriel has been a great friend for many years and we have been the recipient of many wonderful foods from her. She has a generous heart and a giving spirit - I'm so glad that she is blessing so many others with her wonderful gift (not to mention she is one of the finest cooks we know).

[...] One of the weeks, I took on Jeremiah 29:11, the “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord” verse that you see on posters and t-shirts and every other imaginable trinket at a Christian bookstore. The context of that verse is simply amazing, and profoundly impacts how we must read that verse alone. Actually, I had a mini-rant about taking verses out of context. I advocated dashing babies on rocks… you really should just listen to it, which you can do here: [...]
